Determined to solidify and expand its coverage in the country, Acer Philippines has taken a leap in increasing efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction with its new building.
The tech giant relocated to the bigger and better headquarters in the City of Manila to service the needs of its
customers and business partners locally, as well as to cater to customers from Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia –through its contact center service. Measuring more than 3,300 square meters, the new Acer facility will house the company’s warehouse, service hub, administrative functions, and contact center operations under one roof.
Acer Philippines Managing Director Manuel Wong, welcomed the big move with optimism and gratitude for the company and its employees.
“I thank all the Acer employees and partners for their hard work, passion, dedication, and contribution to make the establishment of this facility possible. I am confident that this move will enable us to better empower our customers to choose the right tools to meet their needs,” said Mr. Wong.
During the office inauguration, Mr. Wong also highlighted the establishment of the Acer Customer Contact Center, which will serve the Philippines and other regions – a major development in Acer’s 14-years of operation in the country.
“We are proud that our customer contact center operates right here in the country. All our agents are highly trained to handle various customer service needs keeping in mind Acer’s commitment to its service-focused philosophy,” adds Mr. Wong.
