The diversity of Filipino cuisine is one of its most appealing features. Undeniably, Filipinos have an undeniable taste preference between sweet, sour, and salty—the superiority of these tastes that can be found in the vast variety and diverse flavors of Philippine cuisine.
Given the inherently unique cooking techniques and Pinoy flavors that have emerged over the decades, it is no surprise that Filipino food is garnering attention all over the world. Some argue that Adobo is the best, some raise both hands for Lechon, while others believe that you can never go wrong with Sinigang.
Now that a nationwide event will take place internationally for a celebration of Filipino cuisine, people are given the chance to explore more of the diverse culinary scene of the Philippines.
